The Swing Speed Radar is a small microwave Doppler radar sensor for measuring baseball and softball swing speeds.
The Swing Speed Radar measures bat speed to help players optimize their swing mechanics. Baseball and softball players train with it to improve distance without sacrificing bat control and contact consistency. Coaches enjoy the immediate feedback provided by the radar. The Swing Speed Radar has a range of about 6' for a metal bat and 5' for a wooden or composite bat. Featured in our Golf NOS™ Journal video above.
