Our cast iron weight plates are a high-grade machined plate with a rich enamel paint coating. Cast from ASTM Grade 20 cast iron.
Iron plates are great for many types of exercises including squats, deadlifts, bench press, overhead press, curls, barbell lunges, etc.
These premium metal plates have a 2" center hole diameter and will fit on any Olympic 2" barbell.
