Every home gym starts with a rack, and the FHG2 is the most cost-effective option to start yours.
The FHG2 comes standard with a multi-grip pull-up bar, pipe safeties and a set of J-cups. In the rear are two vertical plate horns.
Combining with rack with any of our Fray Fitness benches, bars, and weights will allow you to perform all the major barbell movements safely and effectively.
This rack is not designed for a commercial setting.
