The rackable hex bar was designed so the user can rack it or work out inside of your rack from any starting height desired. This makes this bar ideal also for romanian deadlifts or shrugs where you may wish to start at a height other than ground level.
It is perfect for those who enjoy a little more space doing deadlifts from ground level, as the inside workout space is much larger then the standard sized deadlift bar.
This bar also features knurling on both handles where you would typically hold the bar during the exercise, making for a stronger grip surface.
