Rackable Multi-Grip Barbell with 3 uniquely spaced handles for a dynamic pressing workout.
Fray’s fully welded Multi-Grip Barbell was designed to allow maximum power during pressing movements while reducing the overall stress on the wrists and shoulders. This bar allows for supplemental training at different angles with 3 unique grips from wide to neutral to close.
The Multi-Grip Bar is finished with Fray’s durable black powder coating and is rackable.
